We compare markets through a combination of research, available first-hand experience and the judgement of our contributors. Rather than relying on a universal formula, we explain what informs our choices.
How we research operators
Our approach combines desk research with direct product checks where possible. We study published operator terms, available products, account and payment information and market-specific context. Practical observations and the experiences of our team add perspective when available. This does not mean that every platform has undergone the same testing process.
How we choose and compare
Our contributors make editorial selections based on their knowledge, experiences and preferences. We consider factors such as the range of games or sports markets, clarity of promotional terms, payments and usability, but we do not claim to apply a single mathematical score to every decision. A large bonus alone is not enough to make an operator our preferred choice.
Why country context matters
Available brands, local rules, products, payment methods and customer expectations differ between countries. That is why our casino and sports betting guides are organised by market. A platform featured in one country is not automatically suitable or authorised in another.
How we maintain our guides
